      Setup MDM

      1. To perform this you need Miradore access. If you need access to Miradore please consult with the Tech team.
      2. Login to Miradore at https://online.miradore.com/Login
      3. Go to Enrollment > Enroll Device

       

      4.  Select the type of devices would you like to manage. 

      For example: If the new device is a MacBook select Apple. If it is Lenovo Thinkpad select Windows.

      Note: For the Android and Windows platforms, you need to choose either the Full or Light enrollment method. 

      Full enrollment is the most suitable option for managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.


      5.  Once you select you will redirected to the below screen.

      1. Add the user of the device by entering the user's email address.
      2. Choose to send the enrollment invitation to the user via email.


      1. When you click Next, Miradore automatically generates unique one-time enrollment credentials and, if chosen to do so, sends them to the user with instructions to follow. When the user enrolls their device, Miradore uses the enrollment credentials to validate the enrollment and to add the device to the Miradore site.

      1. Depending on the chosen enrollment method, the enrollment can be done with the provided QR code and/or with the enrollment credentials. If the user doesn't want to use the QR code, they can enroll the device by clicking the provided link and using the shown enrollment credentials to complete the enrollment.


      1. Track the status of all device enrolments on the Enrollment > Enrollment log page in Miradore. When the enrolment status is completed, you can view the device by double-clicking on it.
      2. You can also track in the Management > Device that a new device is being listed there.

      Once the enrolment is complete the device owner will need to enable the disk encryption and send the recovery Key to Keith Wong in a secure way. He prefers to send the Secret Key through Last Pass so if you do not have an account please have one it a free. (Please connect with Keith if you have any queries about the recovery key)
